Before final construction pricing, we guide clients through a complimentary preliminary design and planning phase that defines the project clearly. This phase includes:
A completed design eliminates uncertainty. Once the layout, scope, and material selections are defined, we can provide a Guaranteed Fixed-Price proposal—so you can make informed decisions before committing to construction.

With a clear plan in place, construction moves forward efficiently and with fewer surprises. We implement weekly site meetings with our clients, design and trade professionals to maintain a cohesive, team-oriented process through completion.

Two weeks prior to our estimated completion date, we conduct a walk-through with our clients to ensure every detail is captured how they envisioned.
Upon completion, we will issue our 2-Year workmanship warranty, and our Homeowners Handbook with product details and warranties, care guides, etc.
