Starting the Right Way

Initial Consultation

       At Peak Builders, we believe the best remodeling projects begin before construction starts. One of the biggest frustrations homeowners experience is receiving multiple contractor estimates that vary widely—often without understanding why. That’s why we start with a complimentary design and planning process—so you can move into construction with clarity and confidence.


Our goal is simple:

  • Align on quality level and selections early.
  • Set a realistic investment range before construction begins

Planning Phase

       Before final construction pricing, we guide clients through a complimentary preliminary design and planning phase that defines the project clearly. This phase includes:

  • Conceptual layout planning
  • Design direction and vision discussions
  • Preliminary material and finish selections
  • Scope development
  • Budget-alignment conversations
  • Project schedule and anticipated start date

       A completed design eliminates uncertainty. Once the layout, scope, and material selections are defined, we can provide a Guaranteed Fixed-Price proposal—so you can make informed decisions before committing to construction.

Construction Begins

       With a clear plan in place, construction moves forward efficiently and with fewer surprises. We implement weekly site meetings with our clients, design and trade professionals to maintain a cohesive, team-oriented process through completion. 


       One of the advantages of working with Peak Builders is the level of direct involvement our clients receive throughout the construction process. Rather than assigning projects to rotating managers or layers of administration, our projects remain directly supervised by company leadership. Either Ryan Curry or Logan Curry will oversee your project, coordinate trades and scheduling, and remain your primary point of contact throughout construction.

Project Completion

      As the project approaches completion, we conduct a comprehensive client walkthrough to ensure every detail reflects the vision, functionality, and level of quality established throughout the planning and construction process. During this phase, we review the project together, finalize any remaining punch list items, and ensure all systems, finishes, and details are completed to our standards.


Upon completion, clients receive:

  • A 2-Year Workmanship Warranty (exceeding the industry standard 1-Year)
  • A customized Homeowner Handbook including:
    • Product specifications
    • Manufacturer warranties
    • Care and maintenance recommendations
    • Finish and material information
    • Important project documentation
