At the heart of the home, we engineered and constructed a one-of-a-kind subfloor cavity to house an expansive model railway. The system is fully accessible and viewable through custom-framed transparent floor panels, allowing the homeowner to experience the layout from above while maintaining a clean, durable walking surface. This required precise structural planning, custom framing, and the integration of specialty materials to ensure both safety and long-term performance.

Beyond this signature feature, the home underwent a complete modernization. The interior was fully remodeled, including a new contemporary kitchen with custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a large island designed for both function and entertaining. Bathrooms throughout the home were upgraded with high-end finishes, creating a cohesive and elevated interior aesthetic.

On the exterior, we delivered a full renovation including new windows and doors, a complete roof replacement, and refreshed façade finishes that enhance curb appeal and durability. The outdoor living area was also reimagined with a renovated pool and spa, new decking, and updated landscaping, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection ideal for a waterfront lifestyle.
