This landmark historic residence underwent a comprehensive restoration and expansion designed to preserve its architectural heritage while modernizing the home for contemporary living. Working through a rigorous historical review and approval process, every detail was carefully executed to maintain the original character, proportions, and craftsmanship of the property.

The project included a full interior and exterior restoration, revitalizing the home’s historic architectural features while upgrading all major systems and finishes throughout. Exterior improvements included structural foundation repairs, restored doors and windows, new stucco, traditional clay tile roofing, cast stone architectural elements, and extensive landscape enhancements that complement the estate’s timeless Mediterranean character.

To seamlessly expand the home’s functionality, we designed and constructed a substantial family room addition along with a private guest suite addition that integrates naturally with the original structure. Great care was taken to ensure the new construction matched the scale, materials, and architectural detailing of the historic home.

The outdoor living spaces were transformed with the addition of a custom swimming pool, expansive brick courtyard hardscape, and a detached pool cabana structure that creates a resort-style setting while remaining architecturally consistent with the estate. Interior renovations included a complete kitchen transformation featuring custom cabinetry, natural stone surfaces, and refined finishes that blend with historic charm.
