Peak Builders transformed this unfinished basement in Littleton, Colorado into a comfortable and highly functional extension of the home.

The renovation included a bedroom, large finished living area, finished storage closet, and a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. Throughout the basement, we installed new flooring, baseboards, doors and trim, and recessed lighting to create a cohesive and comfortable living environment.

The bathroom features large-format marble-look tile, a custom walk-in shower with a built-in niche, mosaic shower flooring, and modern black fixtures. In the main living areas, layered ceiling details and recessed lighting add architectural character while maintaining a clean, comfortable aesthetic.

The result is a fully finished lower level that adds valuable living space and functionality to the home while feeling like a natural extension of the existing house.
