This project involved a complete renovation of a condominium lobby, transforming an outdated entry into a refined, modern space that elevates the entire resident experience. The design blends clean architectural detailing with durable, high-end finishes suited for a high-traffic environment.

The scope included full demolition and replacement of all interior finishes, creating a cohesive and timeless aesthetic throughout the lobby, lounge, and circulation areas.

Key features of the renovation include custom wall paneling with integrated mirror accents, and a reimagined reception area designed to improve both function and visual impact. The space is anchored by a curated lounge area featuring modern furnishings, layered textures, and a bold patterned rug that adds warmth and contrast.

A new staircase finish and railing system were integrated seamlessly into the design, while upgraded lighting—including decorative wall fixtures and ambient illumination—enhances the architectural details and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Natural light was maximized through the existing expansive windows, complementing the light, neutral palette and reflective finishes to create an open, airy feel throughout the space.
